Coordinate can't be seen

Hello, I downloaded fusion 360 to my computer. I opened it and then I clicked to "create sketch". Normally people choose coordinate system but I can't see it. There are some pboblem which I didn't solve it. I erased it and than downloaded again but the problem didn't solve.

I opened it and then I clicked to "create sketch". Afterthat there must be coordinates to choose one of them in the middle of the screen but in my computer this can't happened, I don't know why?

As another option I coose origin and there are XY, XZ and YZ coordinates. I clicked one of them and choose "create sketch" but my coordinates didn't be coosed.

2. Did you use CLEAN UNINSTALL

I tried to clean uninstall a few times and install again but can't find a
solution.I am sending you to a photos about my problem.
