converting mesh to solid

Hi all,i need assistance,when i insert mesh and click on convert mesh,the options box does not appear to convert mesh,it was working earlier,i have tried uninstalling and installing again and still no luck

Hi,the problem is now solved,I had to clean out all fusion 360 from pc and reinstall
