Convert from 30 day trail to educational lisence

Hi, I work as a teacher and Our School is konsedering shifting from solid Edge to Fusion 360.   A class of 15 students have registered and download fusion 360.  Since this was our first time doing it not all of the students registered the same way and have now installed a 30 day trail instead of the educational lisence. 

I am struggeling to find a way to get those users reistered as students with educational lisence.  Fusion 360 keep starting in trail mode and counting down days until it will quit.   

 Is there a easy wai to change an acont to educatinal?     The school is registerred in the Qualified Educational Institution list.
