Convert free trial to educational licence

Hi, I inadvertently started with a Fusion 360 trial licence not realising I should have started with an educational licence. I seem to be unable to get the license, and all the help listed on the website lead into a loop, sending me back to the start again. I can't delete my account and start again , as the 30 days deletion process is too long as I have school work due by the end of this week. As the account already includes my school email I am unable to create another. I was wondering if there are any options to change it to an educational license, thanks.

The link does not help,  my students that failed to get educational account the first time they registered was unable to locate our school in your drop down list.   65% of my students using the same procedure (written step by step procedure to register for a student account) did get to the drop down list and our school "Southern Oklahoma Technology Center" was in the list, were successful to get the education account.  The other students got to the drop down list, but our school name was not listed for them to choose.  They were provided a trail account and now when they attempt to change to education account they go into endless loop with no resolve.  I sent a spreadsheet with about 15 students that were unable to get the accounts.  The trial version is/has expired and now my students cannot continue their lessons.  I have 4 case numbers with no reply back.  I need help.  Here is a view of  how my students attempt to change to education account.  See attached image, I have been trying to get situation resolved for some time

I have not seen any resolution nor heard back from AutoDesk Support

@risdtech my apologies, I now see this was an old thread.  My problem with student enrollment was resolved and I had no further issues thereafter.  I can now enroll students by bulk and life is much easier.   The current problem I stated was not resolved was my educator license was expiring and support did not respond with further requests after I sent them information showing I am still instructing.  I did retire, but still instruct as an adjunct, no longer have an .edu email address and this has hijacked my account....
