Contour causing path generation to fail?

I have a contour that is causing the path generation to fail. If I deselect the contour path generates just fine. It's not a complicated path/part. I'm stumped.   Image and file attached.

Turn off your "Keep Sharp Corners" and it will succeed. I suspect it's being caused by this area here:

Thank you! Need the sharp corners but don't there - I can fix that. VERY much appreciated Seth!

I don't know if you're aware of this, but "roll around corner" doesn't actually produce a radius, it just maintains contact to the corner while the tool travels around it. In the case of "keep sharp corner", the tool will travel past the feature to a distance equal to the radius of the tool.
