Constraint Help

I am trying to model a conduit clip for my 3d printer and cannot seem to get the sketch fully constrained.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.   PS, I have always had trouble with constraints so I am open to any suggestions that would expand my knowledge.

Here you go, your model is attached.  Please check the dimensions as I am not sure what you wanted.

I created a video to make it clear on what I did.

GREAT!! That's exactly what I was trying to get to. As far as the length of the two downward lobes, that is going to be a bit of trial and error on my part since it is going to be a snap fit that holds the conduit in place. Hence the reason for the fully constrained sketch so I could tinker with it until I get the best fit for 1/2" and 3/4" conduit.

Thanks Again,
Jack
