Constrained Orbit is now Free Orbit

Seeing an issue in 2603.1.31 where what was Constrained Orbit is now Free Orbit and vice-versa.  I'm using the Tinkercad Pan/Zoom/Orbit profile.  Basically, the two are switched now.
