Hey guys,

For the last 6 days, I haven't been able to work online in Fusion360. I get the continuous "Working Offline: Maintenance" message. The only reason I am concerned is because I cannot create STL files for 3D printing, due to the fact that I technically haven't saved any work (my files show up as 'V0' instead of 'V1', 'V2' and so forth).

Even after the Jan 24th update the situation still persist. Any help is truly appreciated as I gotta get printing! 😛

Also: if there's any way to get around creating STL files for printing without needing to be 'online' that basically would solve my problem.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

Thanks for posting in the forums. You might take a look at this article which has some suggestions to try. Also, a clean uninstall and re-install might help. You might want to create a local backup of your files before doing the uninstall.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @karina.harper ,

After following the link you provided and closing down all associated processes with Fusion360, everything came back online and all is in working order.

Thanks for your help!

update: I removed AVAST and all works fine now.

Hi,

I've also been blocked like this for a few days (on one of my 2 Macs on which I use Fusion). I've gone through the various  recommended processes (erasing cache, clean install, network config) and get no changes.

If I open Fusion with the other computer (while I haven't closed the application the first computer which is working offline) , I get the exceeded session screen ?! Somehow Fusion (offline maintenance mode) is able to inform Autodesk that it is up and running.

After agreeing to close the session, the second Mac will be able to operate without giving me the offline maintenance mode. Has anyone come across this and figured a solution?
