Starting yesterday 360 has become very unstable and I can't get any work done.   It's hanging with e beachball on things like push pull or even just moving things around...   Tried rebooting and Disk Fist-aid.    All other apps are working fine...

Press pull can be an extremely complicated command to compute. Depending on the geometry involved the solve time can be minutes. If the command option is set to Automatic, it might try to edit the original command that might be very early in the timeline, that too will cause a longer compute as the timeline updates.

If you are moving thousands of objects at one time, that too can be a heavy operation. Can you give me an idea of the kind of design you are working with, images help. And more detail about workflows that are hanging.

Also, it would help to know if this is seen in one design, or all designs, or even blank empty new designs.

Thanks,

It's not just Push/Pull, even just moving or aligning etc give be a beachball and I have worked on much more complex models than this without issue.

Are you using two monitors?

Nope just a single monitor.    Last time I let 360 sit for 3 days with the spinning beachball before force quitting...

Okay, so is it with any model, such as a blank new model, or just this one particular model that you have commented about?

I'm not seeing the beachball that will last 3 days in other models so much, but I do still see of hanging or stuttering when moving around that was not there in any of my models before the last update.

Thanks. At this point, it might help to show this in an Autodesk Screencast video. Those can be slowed down and give a look at what's happening for you.

For a 3 day beach ball compute that never ends for a particular design: this is data specific. Glad to take a look if you can share a link to the model.
