Connecting Rod Rotation about Small Pin

I am now trying to rotate the connecting rod and large pin about small pin, as shown in the attached file.

Let me know the way how I can realize the rigid body rotation of connecting rod and large pin around the small pin.

Are you asking about rotation in the Design workspace?  I notice that this design comes up in Simulation, so perhaps this is the wrong answer, but this is how to add joints in Fusion to achieve this motion in the Design workspace.  I don't know how to do this in Simulation, if that is your question:
