Configurations Toolbar

I have a commercial user account, and I have a team account that all the shared projects/files are on as normal. The new configurations toolbar is visible when I am in the team side, but when i switch to my user account, it disappears.  Anyone else see this?

that's the intention.

The Single-User storage is legacy functionality and should actually not be used anymore.
Autodesk sent emails explaining this more than a year ago.
