Configuration drawing part name and part number not updating

Part Name and Part Number from configuration data table are not updating on some drawings. Sometimes the part name repeats some of its characters.   I've cleared cache restarted, restarted computer but the properties names in title block won't correct  Software and is up to date.  does the drawing auto refresh? Is there a way of forcing a re-gen of these links? Is this a bug?

The table has 24 rows of the same part, but different (6 columns) of size properties for each row.

Thanks for your reply, here is a vid recording of my issue. Not that I have tried restarting my pc, deleted fusion cache and relaunched Fusion 360, but the issues persists.
