For a university project, I would like to simulate this load cell, which is filled with compression oil. The problem I encounter is that the small groove needs to be filled with oil to have proper simulation results. How could I add this in this model? Could I create a custom material or apply a hydrostatic pressure? I'm trying to find the deformation and the Factor of safety of the design.
