  • Fusion 360 stopped uploading my parts.
  • I had just moved from work to home connections.
  • I was on home connection which is 140MB/s upload speed.
  • Fusion 360 said it was connected (working online).
  • But I was having issues with parts not updating.
  • This happened after I moved the child components to a new folder.
  • I tried to quit Fusion and it say 9 files were updating.
  • I tried to quit Fusion 10 minutes later and still 9 files were updating.
  • I quit anyways.
  • Restarted my computer.
  • Started up Fusion 360.
  • Now when I try to insert the same files into another project it says "Component Reference Not Found".
  • When I try to delete the problem files to re-create them, it says "This document is in use and cannot be deleted". It shows a small round colored "T" which is the icon indicating that I'm using it. I do not have the file open. I am not using it. I am the only user in the project.
  • Health dashboard says all systems are operational.

@RajkumarIlanchelian I'm seeing a new error I've never seen before in 5 years of using Fusion 360 since I added you as a user to my project this morning. I had since removed you as a user from the project before encountering these errors. I'm seeing a "T" blue bubble on my files indicating that I'm using them even when they are not open on my machine. I only have one machine.

Files are not updating even though I'm online.

  • I quit fusion and restarted.
  • It's still showing that multiple projects are in use by "T" even though none are open.
  • Now the file I was working on has a perpetually spinning icon over the preview and I cannot access it.
  • I'm working online with 140MB/s upload speed.
  • I tried to delete another file (drawing) so I could just call all the work lost and start over, and how that file has a perpetually spinning blue progress loaded as well.

@tedbradley314 Lets do a couple off things. It looks idk due to a network issue the files you save are not getting upload to the cloud. The T that you see is reservations. The moment you ave more than one person in a team we turn on reservations. It's a sign to show the others in a team that this document is being opened by person x.

1. Close Fusion
2. Login into https://login.autodesk360.com/login
3. Click on your avatar in the top right corner
4. Click on Admin
5. In your you will find an option called - Collaboration - Design reservations - Disable that of you do not want the reservation to show up.
6. Now put your computer in offline mode (disconnect internet)
7. Launch Fusion
8. Now while Fusion is launched connect back to the internet

Now does all the uploads succeed ?

Thank you Rajkumar.

Yesterday evening I went online and offline and restarted Fusion and my computer multiple times over a couple of hours. Then it just started working again without me changing anything on my side. However the health dashboard was showing all services were operational.

I will nevertheless turn off design collaboration in the web dashboard.

Thanks for responding.
Ted
