Complex Geometry meshing errors

Hello,

i've get a complet geometry (shown in the image) that's constantly generating errors while meshing for simulation.

I've tried to change the mesh resolution/type, rebuild the geometries, but nothing worked.

Is there some workaround to this?

My current workflow is:

-3D Modeling in Rhino 7

-Import the geometry, or part of it in to the project (i've also tried to make a new project, or a new case study)

-SimulateMURATA + FENDER (v6~recovered).png

Why not model in Fusion 360?

Can you Attach your file here?

of course i can attach it here;

I personally don't model in fusion because i'n not confident in it.

I see a lot of extreme aspect ratio geometry.

I wonder if the analysis could not be simplified into smaller discreet blocks and perhaps make use of midplane thin surface analysis rather than tetrahedral mesh.

what do you mean by "extreme aspect ratio geometry"?

is there a video that can explainm me the midplane surface analysis that are talking about?

really thank you for the replies
