Comments not working

Whenever I try to open the comments tool add a comment to a file I get an error "Your file was not found - it may have been moved or deleted. ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND"  It doesn't work on any of my files.

Its the same for all my projects. I don't think it has ever worked for me. I would like to be able to use it.

OK, it's not clear to me what the underlying issue is which is causing the error. I'll direct message you and see if we can't get on a call to take a closer look.

Did this issue ever get fixed? I'm having the same issue (Mac OS, v 2.0.12888)

Hi @tylerjoh, it seems the issue was that the session of Fusion 360 was in offline mode. You may want to check and see if Fusion 360 is online.

I also encountered this problem on all projects. I was working online, however there was a pending update. After installing and restart comments were available again.
