Hi!
When I try to combine components into assemblies by dragging them together in the tree, nothing happens. Any idea why this would be the case?

If I am seeing the top of your Fusion 360 browser, you will notice it is a sheet metal component, not an assembly. This may be some of your issue. Please go to A360 (Fusion 360 Database on the Web) and share your assembly so others can download it and troubleshoot your issue.
