Ok so in the below video you'll see me offset some projected geometry, remove the offset dimension, and then apply a collinear constraint.
The constraint is applied successfully (no error/warning thrown, constraint icons displayed next to geometry) but the line I want collinear with the dotted projected construction line doesn't move and isn't collinear:
The geometry does not appear to be constrained as I'm able to move the "constrained" offset geometry willy nilly and upon doing so I get the below error:
