Cloud Solve lists as complete but no results available

I am trying to solve a thermal simulation. It would always get stuck at the 'scheduling' when I tried to solve it locally so I figured I'd try it on the cloud to see if I got a different result. After solving on the cloud it listed as solved but then lists "Receiving Fail" after that and I don't see any results. So now Fusion has a green check mark by the study and have taken the credits for the cloud solve but don't show me any results (ie there are no colors on the model and the 'Legend Options' and 'Legend Min/Max' buttons are grayed out, I can generate a report but it just shows the inputs with no color gradients).

Running Fusion 360 2.0.38.03 on windows 7

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous,

This almost sounds like a network issues, although it is surprising that you had an issue local solving. Can you please go to the Help menu and retrieve your diagnostic logs and attach them in a reply.

Since it was a successful solve, you should still be able to view your results in the online viewer. If you visit A360, and find your file - you can view the simulation results by clicking the Simulations tab. Can you try this and let me know if you can view the results? If so, then the solve was successful, and then problem then lies in downloading them.

Hi James,

Thank you for the quick reply. Please find the diagnostic files
attached. I would like to be able to solve locally so please let me know
if you see what the problem with that might be.

I was able to view the results for the cloud save online. They aren't
what I was expecting that could definitely be user error.

Thanks,
David
