Cloud Simulation not working again?

Tech Support,

Are there issues with the Cloud Simulation not solving simulations? 

I uploaded a Simulation at around 3:30am and it is just seating in the scheduler. 

I checked again at 3:54 and the status bar has barely moved.

Just want to know if there are issues again with the Cloud Simulation.

This would be the second time this week that I submit jobs and they just linger.

Please advice what the status is and when you expect it to be "fully" functional

Services are now operational for Cloud Simulation!
