Hi @Anonymous ,

Login to A360 and click on the top right name/pic.

You should be able to see list of Team hubs and Personal hub, something like below image

Screenshot 2021-04-06 at 12.57.29 PM.png

Explore the projects and folders and see if you can find them.

If you still cant find your files, please send us a filename that went missing with diagnostics log files.

If you click the plus sign top left in the image above does it show any other hubs you can access?

Are you using the personal version? Is the problem down to the limit on active documents?

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. under the + sign:

jpluess_0-1617696620643.png

Not much,

the tree list expanded online:

jpluess_1-1617696703771.png

and here another window:

jpluess_2-1617696914091.png

i am worried.

i dont like to be forced to a cloud only. a complete lokal backup would be so much help now.

I dont think so. the files are not even visible. there should be about  200 files.  in that first project folder.  that folder is really important.

currently there are jpluess_0-1617697193928.pngfiles used.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Looks like you don't have a team hub.

In this case.

  • Do you remember anytime before receiving an invitation to join a project from other members?
    • In this case, if the project admin removes from the project you can't see it.
  • The project might be archived, Try to re-activate the archived project.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Good that you were able to find the files.
Can you please explain how were you able to find the files?
Was the project Archived? or was in different location?

@Anonymous ,

Ok, got it you were logged-in A360 with a different email.

When you say you were logged out by default, are you logged out immediately or after couple of minutes?
Try changing the password from https://accounts.autodesk.com, and see if that could help.
