cloud file is missing part, recovery file wont open.

I have a file in my cloud that i created September 8th, I had it opened yesterday. I came in today and fusion was locked up so i closed it and re opened it.

Now when i open that file nothing is there, it shows there are 2 versions of it. one is the the initial save before i started working on it, and the second from today when i restarted. current file size is 21kb

I found the file in the catch on my computer with 277kb file size, but when i try to open it i get "new designs can not be created from local file containing external references"

Any Ideas how to recover this? or things to try?

I had something like this a while ago and found I could open the backup file after uploading it to the same project\folder as the original design. You need to upload using Fusion's data panel.
