Cloud Error

Every time I try and run a simulation, it takes forever to load then it gives me an error saying it was unable to set up storage for it on the cloud. I tried taking it to my school's tech support and they had no idea what was wrong. I tried calling Autodesk tech support and it was no help, I couldn't even get in touch with an actual person for help. Does anyone have any solutions for this??
