Cloud credits for generative design

Hi all

I have a educational license in fusion 360, and the email that i am using has a extention ".edu". Also, in the software, i can access in the Generative Design menu, but i have a limit of could credits since 100 credits. I am a venezuelan student of Mechatronics Engineering and i would like to dispose of unlimited could credits to make tests about generative design and gain knowledge but my university isn't added to any education community. Not even in my country i can buy cloud credits because problems in the economic relations between Venezuela and U.S. With previous circumstances, Could i get could credits with a educational individual lecense without belog to international education comunity?

You shouldn't have a cloud credit limit since educational users get unlimited cloud credits although there may be a limit of cloud credits per job. 

What do you mean by 'but my university isn't added to any education community'?
