cloud application log in/ How do I login to cloud app?
Log into your hub then open a project and you have the option New, Fusion 360 Design. Think that's what you're after?

Have you got Fusion installed and have you got and designs saved? If you look at a file's properties in fusion's data pane there's an option View Details on Web, this will open your hub where designs are saved. Also the like I gave in my first post will take you to your hub.
