Changing this fillet makes Fusion hang forever

I've attached a simple configuration project of a hirth joint. Whenever I try to change "Fillet1" from 0.5mm to 1.5mm, Fusion locks up and stops responding until killed from Task Manager. This issue is very repeatable and happens every time I try to increase Fillet1.

What's strange is that Fusion is actually able to calculate a 1.5mm fillet: I see the fillet change right before Fusion stops responding. If it hadn't been able to calculate the fillet, it would have probably made the edge red and displayed an error, as it usually does.

Fusion's CPU usage is ~10% when it locks up, but it doesn't max out any CPU core.

Let me know if you can reproduce (and fix) the issue.

Thanks for providing the file. I can repeat the freeze. The cause is where you see the two fillet faces merging.

The faces, in this case, cannot merge. However, I think it should work, so I'm going to log a bug report for this case. (FUS-186908) Thanks for letting us know.

If you do them separately, it seems to work. Make two separate fillet operations, one for the crown and one for the valley.
