changing round hole into a D shape hole

how do you modify an existing round hole to having one flat side ('D shaped hole) ? Thank you.

Thank you, I did that, but not sure how to extrude & fill the area, the full length of the hole.

Extrude - select the new segmented sketched area, set depth, set Join.

(Requires the sketched circle and line in the same sketch)

Sorry for delay in replying, I have not had a chance to try your suggestion yet, been busy.

I solved the problem, since the hole had a flat bottom I placed a thin rectangle @ the right width on the base of hole, attached it & then I extruded it up the hole.
