Changing name in account settings not get synced to my hub and application

When a change my name(from Japanese to English) in account settings, it is not get synced to myhub.autodesk360.com
Nothing changes on the "name part" of it:
Same thing happens in fusion 360 application too.
In my account page, it changed correctly.But in my hub, no changes(still japanese, like in "in use by" part, activity list, or the upper-right circle part),
except the "Owner" column in some projects.
And I cannot view any renderings in any fusion designs, too:
When I click any of them, nothing happens. But I can view them in fusion 360 application.
Tried re-login, clear browser cache and fusion 360 app cache, got no luck.
Please help !
