Changed my email address and my account from hobbyist to education and my projects got lost

Recently I have changed my email address from my universities to my new job email. I have been using hobbyist version for my personal projects but because I started working in university I was eligible for educator license. My account transitioned to educators edition after I sign out and signed in on my desktop application but then all my previous projects disappeared.

I've seen people having similar issues after changing their email. Is there anything I can do to get my projects back to my account?

All Projects and files, are stored in the cloud under the Autodesk ID and password that they were created on.  Try logging in using this address.  If you have your old Autodesk ID, try that as well.

I tried loging in to your provided link but my old projects are still not showing in any of the folders. For clarification I didn’t change my account I just edited my email adress, but the account has remained the same.

I cannot log in to my old email because it is disabled. Maybe you know any other solution that could work?

@tadas_dirzysJ3DLD I would recommend creating a case with the EDU support team. If you start a chat from this page it should redirect you to an agent.

I just DM'd you asking for some more information so I can log this internally.
