Change settings under 'manage' catagory

I've been searching for a solution for a while but I can't seem to find an answer.

How do I change the settings under the 'manage' category in a file's property?

I've looked in both fusion on desktop and web and can't seem to find it anywhere.

These model properties are only available if you have subscribed to the Manage Extension, a paid service.  You can look for the symbol that resembles an electrical plug, located in the upper right corner, click it to bring up the Extension Manager.
