change defaut directory %localappdata%Temp\Neutron\ to a custom one

hi, is there a solution to change the default directory, or can you point me into the right direction, pls. i want to change this: %localappdata%Temp\Neutron\ to a custom one.

3dPrintPlus Plugin just allows you to change the name.
