Certain workspaces not appearing

I have been following the "starting with Fusion 360" tutorials and all has been going well. Suddenly, the model and patch workplaces were replaced with a single workspace, design. What happened and how can I fix it?

You have accidentally check "UI Preview" under Autodesk Fusion 360 Preferences.  If you do not know where Preferences are located, they are under your log-in user name in the upper right corner of the Fusion 360 desktop.  Once you un-check the box indicated, restart Fusion 360 to make it take effect.
