Center diameter mode is not working

When I try to use the center point and type diameter the diameter is not accepted. The diameter I drag to before entering the diameter wanted is what it places. There is a little yellow dart that I think means there is an error, but no description is given. I am using inch mode. I have always used this method before for making circles. I recently had to re-up my free subscription. Is this feature no longer able to be used with this subscription?

Windows 7?

Nothing in Sketch has changed for license types. Can you share your file? File > Export > Save to local folder. Return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

Also if you could, could you make a ScreenCast of your steps?

Thank you for your help. I realized that the computer I used is old windows 7 that I have never upgraded. I went to my laptop and all worked as it should  on windows 10.
