CB_URF Error - After Team migration, unable to sync, no projects visible

Hi, I could use some tech support help. I'm on an Education license and I've been using Fusion 360 regularly for about three years.
This problem originated in December and I'm just getting back to Fusion 360 now. In transitioning from single-user storage to a Team, some of my files failed to synchronize and were inaccessible. Opening Fusion gave the error "CB_URF - We're unable to synchronize your projects." Some of my projects were still visible and accessible, but others would not open. My browser-based Hub has now been stuck on "Starting to move project ..." for weeks.
My troubleshooting attempts:
- I have not changed my email address.
- I followed the instructions at the link below. Using the Repair option in the Service Utility broke my local installation so that Fusion threw multiple errors on startup and would not start. I reinstalled, and now those projects that were visible have disappeared entirely.
