CB-RNJ error message, can't enter text in command window, clear cache greyed out

Hey all. I have exhausted all options in fixing this dilemma. I have a hobby license and can't open a ticket at help desk. Autodesk AI and Gemini suggestions have been useless and time consuming. I have a ghost file that is locked in perpetual upload in the Manage Editable files window. I can't delete it or get any r-click info from it. I found a file with same name on the web side and deleted it. But the endless twirl over the ghost file says "document still uploading". This problem occurs on my laptop as well. Also, I can't type in the Command window and the Clear Cache option in the help menu is greyed out. Repairing, Reinstalling, Uninstalling and Reinstalling have not helped. Any suggestions. How can request a Global Entitlement Reset if I can't open a support ticket? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Other than what's mentioned above, I can still use Fusion as intended but that background issue, I'm sure, is affecting Fusion performance. Thanks.

Hi @stu_junk @Blerk85

The "CB-RNJ" error is unrelated - it seems to be a global issue that we're working on tracking down.

Regarding the file stuck in 'editable documents' list, can you try the steps in this article?

Cheers,

Karina

Also - clear cache is grayed out because it is being retired. There should be a tooltip that redirects you to the 'service utility' where you can run a "reset" which does the same thing.

FYI @stu_junk @Blerk85

The "CB-RNJ" warning shouldn't show anymore. It was an issue with notifications on our side and should be resolved now.

Cheers,

Karina
