canvas opens to white scrambled screen

I was running 30 day trial of Fusion 360. I contacted Fusion Team about a Startup subscription. They said to open my trial fusion 360 and pick on the Subscribe button. However, when I tried to open my trial when the canvas appeared it was scrambled. I reached out to several Autodesk support - no solution. I checked this forum and saw to clean uninstall which I did. I then reinstalled the trail but the scramble canvas returned. Anybody experienced this and know a fix. Sorry to say customer support is either slow to respond (no word from them in a week) or no help. I like the product, just frustrated it stopped working.
