Hi everyone,

Since the latest update, whenever I attach a canvas picture, it is just pure black at 100% and shows no other picture at any other level. Before, it would be the exact picture at 100%, and a 'ghost' image depending on the level of opacity. I've checked all the settings and I cant find anything obvious that I have to do differently.

Hopefully this can be patched quickly, as I rely on using reference materials and going based off them.

Im currently on a 2013 iMac if that helps.

With thanks.

Hi @Icarus123456

Can you please post a screenshot of what you're seeing, and attach the image you're trying to place here in the forums?

Thanks!

Karina

Hi there,

Can you please delete this post, as it shows my name, despite me not allowing it in the settings.

Hi again, I managed to change it, so panic over.

I tried to take a screenshot, but wasn’t able to do so. I had to take a picture of my screen I’m afraid.

Hi @Icarus123456

Are you able to attach the image here on the forums that you're putting into Fusion?

What is the file extension?

Thanks,

Karina

I’ve changed the file types to be jpeg, and jpg. The same as I used to be able to do.

Hmm, this seems to be working normally for me. Can you attach your log files here?  Those might give us a clue.

Thanks,

Karina
