cant turn off mail notification from A360

Hello Support Community,

I keep receiving mail notifications from Autodesk360, even though i turned off all notifications. this only happens in one project where i am just a participant. But there is heavy traffic going on, and my mailbox keeps flooding with notifications. 

This is quite annoying. could someone please help me?

Thanks for posting! This is a known issue that is currently being investigated by our development team - it is logged internally as ATEAM-9974. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and hope for a speedy resolution as well.

I would recommend creating a folder in your email for the update emails so they do not fill up your inbox while this is addressed.
