cant select holes for bolt contraint in simulation

Hello there, 

Just as the title says, I have plates that I want to bolt together in the simulation workspace. Some of them I can insert the bolt constraint, they have the bolts in them, and the others will not allow me to select the holes. Why is this?

These holes were created with the hole tool, not by extruding a sketched circle.

problem solved, turns out the plate had a 0.008 degree angle to it.
