Cant get update.

When I try to open a file on my desktop that was either started on my laptop or edited on my laptop, I get an error message that says wait until updates are done.  Then I get an error that says can't get update.  I have closed Fusion 360 application and all other applications on my computer, restarted the computer as directed and I keep getting the same error.  I have attached the Log below.

You have a SSL error showing in your log file.  You do not mention what operating system you are working on but the web is full of articles on this subject for both MAC and Windows.  When searching make sure you include the term Fusion 360 installation or upgrade in the the search phrase plus the error below:
