Cant Find the Second subscription?

I bought a 2nd user for fusion 360 two days ago. I will have to say the Autodesk sales team are a bunch of snakes. I have had this product for 2 days, I needed the second user two days ago. I still don't have two logins and my sales guy said he cant help nor could he help me find my EID. So I cant used the automated system over the phone.
Anyway, I have two used active and payed but I cant use them as it will always sigh the other computer off. Should it ask what account I should use? Do I have a different log in email or user name?
I send a "invite" to another Email. Opened the email and then attempted to sign in. It stated that this email already had an account. So I did a password reset and signed in. But It still doesn't work.
