Cant complete sheet metal operation due to an internal error

See pic above. I keep getting this error when trying to a flange. Even if I change the direction outward so it doesn't collide it will still through the same error.

Without the model it is hard to tell what the issue is.  Please attach it.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Your issue is the walls are merged together, two flanges are touching as shown in the screen capture.  One way to correct this is to edit the back wall flange and change from flange from full edge to an offset.  Even with this, the flange will have to be notched to fold inside due to interference.  Model is attached.
