Hi @lusus7 ,
Thanks for providing the additional information and diagnostic files.
I reviewed the installation information, and it looks like Fusion was successfully updated/reinstalled to version 2705.1.15, which is the latest version at this time.
The sign-in behavior you described, where the browser authentication succeeds but Fusion remains signed out, points more toward the local Autodesk Identity Manager sign-in state.
Could you please try the following:
- Close Fusion completely.
- Open Task Manager > Details and make sure
AdskIdentityManager.exe is not running. If it is, end the process.
- Open File Explorer and enter:
%localappdata%\Autodesk\Identity Services
- Locate
idservices.db and rename it to:
_idservices.db
- Restart the computer.
- Launch Fusion and sign in again.
- When the browser asks to Open Autodesk Identity Manager / Open Product, please allow it to open and, if available, select the option to always allow this action.
This clears the local Autodesk sign-in credentials and allows Fusion and Autodesk Identity Manager to establish a fresh authentication session.
I also noticed that you are currently running Windows 10. Current versions of Fusion require Windows 11 23H2 or newer as the supported Windows platform. Fusion may still run on Windows 10, but compatibility with newer Fusion releases is no longer guaranteed. If your system supports it, I would recommend upgrading to Windows 11.
Please try clearing the Identity Services login state first and let us know whether that allows Fusion to complete the sign-in.
If the issue persists, please generate a new set of Fusion Diagnostic Log Files immediately after reproducing the sign-in problem and attach them here so we can investigate further.
Thanks!
