@m.britovsek @Can you please check if the log file zip that you captured yesterday has the M folder?

The other thing to see is if your home machine has these files?

\W.login has only F and Q folders with ._XX extensions, which i believe are the Projects/3D Models.

I will have to Check, but i uninstalled F360 at home hoping it would somehow fix the upload problem.
Hopeful that the files remained.

Did you found out what was the cause of the uploading/saving problem? I think that i started to experience these problem after Autodesk started with the web browser to launch F360.

*This is my private account.

Found the tool library and also the post processor which also disappeared.

Is there anyway i could recover the latest save from a few projects?

Any insight for what is causing the issue of not uploading/saving??

Thanks

I'm also having this issue since at least 2 days ago. Can't update or upload a bunch of files I have, neither can I export them locally when cloud translation is needed. Small files mostly do not have this problem and I can update/upload with ease. Doesn't seem to be a network problem as my colleagues do not have this issue and the Network Diagnostic Test reports no connectivity issues.

A support ticket was open regarding this issue of mine, case number 21669014 for reference. Attached are my Fusion 360 Diagnostic Logs in case it helps.

No luck yet. I remade from scratch the project I couldn't save so I wouldn't lose it (I can save/upload some small files), logged off, uninstalled Fusion, reinstalled, cleared the cache, repaired, reseted... Still didn't solve the issue.

There's still a warning of "Releasing reservation" in the old project and "Cannot close until jobs in progress complete" even after all those steps, which I thought wouldn't be there anymore.

Update: something I did yesterday must have helped because today I was able to save files I couldn't since last wednesday, with the exception of the first file where I noticed this issue, which still has the "Releasing Reservation" status as shown in my previous message.

I generated a share link to the file that first had this issue, in case people want to check it out: https://a360.co/40OB96r

When I sent it to support last week they said no issues were found with this file in the machine, so I assume it is either my account or my machine, which is why I did all the repairing/reinstalling yesterday.

I tried to upload the 142mb .f3z downloaded from that link and after almost an entire hour it had only succeeded in uploading 4 of the 120 files in it (and those 4 were up seconds after the upload began). For reference, friday I did the same thing and it uploaded 2 of those 120 in about the same time.
I then logged into another account in the same machine, tried to upload the same .f3z with it and it worked with no issues, so I guess the problem is related to my account somehow.

The only thing I can think of right now that might help is to delete the folder of this account in the AppData/Local/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360 in case it's some local cache issue that wasn't deleted in yesterday's steps. I might try that later today, I'll just wait a bit in case I hear something else from support.

For me it still doesn't Work.

Tried Repairing, uninstalling/installing several times, deleting the F360 folder, uninstalling Autodesk access, Clearing Cache data.

Cant even access my projects...

I might have good news for you. I spoke with support today and my issue in now fixed. I can upload files again.

So, my theory was that that file with the "Releasing reservation" status has some problem and was clogging the cloud upload queue or something like that. Clearing the cache and repairing Fusion wouldn't solve that because it's a cloud related thing.

Here's the steps that helped me solve my issue: (note: this will cancel any upload you were trying to make, including updated versions not saved yet)

Step 1- Open the "Text Command" box in Fusion 360 (Ctrl+Alt+C or File > View > Show Text Commands)

Step 2- Type Fusion.CancelUploads and press Enter

And that's it. I hope it helps you just as it did to me.

@m.britovsek we are most certainly going to try to get this solved for you.

1. Regarding the files not opening mentioning that you have an older version. What. Version of Fusion are you on? Do you follow rate with different people on this file? Any chance you have a Fusion insider version installed?

2. On the file upload , I assume the command line text did not work for you? Per your image are you working on a generative design that is causing this problem ?

@RajkumarIlanchelian Thank you for your help.

1. Currently on v.2.0.17954 (updated today, the problem still persists)

- I am the only on on the project. No one else.

- I tried installing it but canceled halfway.(Insider program)

2. The line text command didnt work. it clears the upload queue but the problem is back when i try to save.

-Its an design with a which references a outside component Which might explain the out of date Msg.🤔(the component is in the upload queue.)

@m.britovsek

17954 is the version we deployed today. Would it be possible for you invite me into the project where you are having the issue of opening the file that says that a newer version is needed? (Raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autodesk.com

Regarding the file that is getting stuck it’s possible that it could be the external reference file. Is the reference file in the same project or across a different project?

@m.britovsek I used the email ID you provided to me and it does look like you are the admin to the hub. Now I also noticed that you have another account @britovsekmatic128 .

In which account are you seeing that your hub is editor rather than admin. Did you invite your hub to @britovsekmatic128 as an editor? Can you send me the email ID used to register account @britovsekmatic128
