Cannot update Fusion 360 to V 2.0.17244

I cannot get Fusion 360 to update to 2.0.17244, yet alone any of the later Oct updates.  tried several things including restarting Fusion, restarting the computer and the service utility.  All to no avail.  Attached is the log file that Fusion suggests I submit.

1. Can you try a different connection (say a hotspot from your mobile ) and see if that makes a difference? 
2. You can also try to reset your router and see if that helps. 
3. You mentioned you tried the service utility - I assume you tried that "Repair Fusion" from there?
