Cannot type number into render image size settings

The width and height values of the image size settings for rendering an image cannot be changed by typing in the input boxes. The up and down arrows can change the values, but that is slow for large increments. Seems like a bug, right?

macOS 13.3.1 (22E261) on MacBookPro18,3

No issue typing in numbers using Fusion 360, version 2.0.16009, on a Windows 10 computer.

Thanks for the additional data point @jhackney1972.

After some more experimentation, on my computer, the input box can occasionally be highlighted by clicking on it which will allow input. So attached is my version of the video demonstration.
