Cannot transfer projects from educational licence to paid licence

I created my educational account about 10 years ago, and made there a lot of files.
After graduating I moved to paid licence, but still working at the same files.
All the files in personal cloud space.
I recently created a hub on a paid account, but I still used the space where there were files created since I was a student.
Initially, I wanted to change the owner for the hub, but support was unable to help me with that. A request to merge two hubs also turned out to be impossible.
Now I would like to transfer projects to my hub, but I do not have the "transfer" option, only the "Archive" option after expanding the projects.
I also do not have the option to Transfer projects on the paid account.

Based on the article below, I cannot set administrator privileges for my paid account from the education account level.

All projects that I have on both hubs are folder level, they do not appear as projects.
The following instruction also proved to be ineffective.
Unfortunately, support gave up and directed me to the forum.
The Hub URL: myutp4648.autodesk360.com (name: Upside Team old hub)

I have access to both accounts, administrative rights on each of them separately, but I cannot assign administrative rights to the other account on any of the accounts.
