Cannot succeed in removing a file that keeps uploading?

Some time ago I created a file that I used a voronater plugin on. It obviously became a large file but it was never my intension to upload it and keep it synced. The file shows in the top of my file list with a folder icon and the spinning circle as is shown when uploading.

I want to delete this file but so far have not been successful.

I have searched the forum, the web, youtube, tried various method including re-installing after deleting all traces of Fusion on my system, tried it from the online version, I tried everything that I could find. The file still shows on top of my file list. It does not appear to harm running the program, nor slowing down my machine (Mac Mini M4)

Anyone who possibly would have the golden tip?

Yes I am on the Personal License. Thank you very much, this was the solution to the problem. It had to be something like this, all-though I did not know which file was causing the trouble. Thank you!
