I also cannot start
I had a MS update
KB4565503
this caused my system to take 10 minutes to boot
looking on the MS issues site they said to update video drivers, so did that no change
I removed the MS update and system now boots normally in 30 secs
tried to start fusion and blue circle and nada, it is in task manager
removed from task manager, reloaded an older nvidia driver and same issue
from the logfile
