Cannot select sketch profile to emboss

Hi,

I created a pattern I wanted to emboss on a cylinder however, I wasn't able to select it as a sketch profile. The pattern was created using the rectangular pattern command and I ensured that the shape was enclosed. The extrude command appears to work on the pattern however, the emboss feature doesn't seem to recognize the profile. Attached are screenshots of the extrude command working successfully and the emboss feature not recognizing the pattern despite the cursor being over the geometry.

Please attach your model which includes the sketch you want to Emboss.

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it. If needed, ZIP a F3Z file.

Hi,

This can happen if the length of the pattern is greater than the circumference of the embossing surface.

To solve this:
Create only one profile, emboss it, and use it for a pattern (circle/path).
